Who we are
The data controller is HandsOff (Dimitris Giampastos). For anything about your data, write to info@getyourhandsoff.com.
What we collect
Only what you write in the form: your type of business, your answers about the problem, your name, business, email and, if you give it, your phone number.
The site uses no analytics or advertising tools, and sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and prepare our call. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask for before a possible project.
Who else sees it
The form is sent through Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
Booking a call through Calendly
The calendar on the thank-you page and the booking link are provided by Calendly. What you enter there (name, email, time) is processed by Calendly to book and remind you of the call, and Calendly may set its own cookies. See its privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
So you don’t have to type them again, your name and email from the form are pre-filled in the calendar.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to talk and, if we work together, for the length of the project. If we don’t, we delete it when you ask, or after 12 months at the latest.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
